By accessing our website, requesting or purchasing our services, submitting an order, approving a proposal or quotation, entering into a service agreement, registering for Na We Digital Academy, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
2. The information you provide to us is accurate and complete;
3. You have authority to enter into an agreement where you act on behalf of a business or organisation; and

3. Acceptable Use

6. Fees

Fees will be stated in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement, subscription, course page, or other commercial document.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• •Payment is due according to the stated payment schedule
• •A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins
• •Recurring services may require payment before the applicable service period
• •Third-party expenses may be charged separately
• •Advertising expenditure is separate from professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise
• •The Client remains responsible for applicable payment-processing or transaction charges where disclosed

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise provided in a written agreement or required by applicable law, professional service fees are non-refundable once the relevant work has commenced.

Where a Client cancels an engagement after work has commenced:

1. Fees for work already performed remain payable;
2. Approved third-party expenses remain payable;
3. Advertising expenditure already incurred remains payable;
4. Non-refundable software, hosting, domain, platform, transaction, or other costs may remain payable; and
5. Any refund will be determined according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property Ownership

Na We Digital owns or has appropriate rights in its website, brand, logo, original designs, templates, methodologies, educational materials, course materials, text, graphics, software, documentation, photographs, videos, systems, processes, and other proprietary materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Na We Digital's pre-existing intellectual property to a Client.

19. Na We Digital Academy

Na We Digital Academy provides educational programmes, courses, learning materials, examinations, workshops, assessments, and certificates.

Unless otherwise stated:

• •Course access is personal to the registered student
• •Account credentials may not be shared
• •Course materials may not be copied, resold, or redistributed
• •Students must comply with course requirements
• •Certificates are subject to completion requirements
• •Course completion does not guarantee employment or income
• •Na We Digital may update educational materials

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Na We Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Na We Digital's aggregate liability arising from a specific service engagement will not exceed the total professional fees actually paid to Na We Digital for that engagement during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
